The programs keep the children active and moving
My son loves the onsite and offsite field trips and the camp games. I remember some of the counselors saying at orientation that they were excited to do art projects with the kids, but it doesn't seem like my son has brought home many projects. I really appreciate that we don't have to pay extra for before/after care and that food is provided Monday-Thursday. I wasn't expecting that. I also appreciate the safety of the check-in and check-out process.

My daughter enjoys the activities and loves going on field trips. It allows her to gain great experience and new friends. The staff is great as well!
My kids come home very happy and satisfied with the daily activities. I also love the staff because they are very transparent and immediately notifies me if something happens no matter how minor it may seem. It seems like the kids are closer in the small community and I will definitely return for next year’s summer camp.

I like that the kids get outside time and inside time as well as the opportunity to swim, go on fieldtrips, and have snow cones. I like that lunch and snacks are provided. If this program was not provided I would not have had a place for my child to be this summer.
I really love the camp leaders. They were interactive with the kids and provided a good healthy environment for them to play with. They kept them active busy in the campus clean good activity, friendly and safe. I highly recommend this place.
Positive reinforcement was shown daily. The field trips were loved by my son. The daily feedback and communication was so helpful and comforting.
The director is doing a amazing job this summer I'm proud of her.
The staff is really nice, the activities are great . I am little disappointed that there is not a field trip weekly when the price has gone up but overall the experience has been great

Ms.Mechell and her staff have been a God send! I had horrific experiences with other child care centers and I’m so grateful to have found the team at Ella McFadden. We’ve been here for almost 2 years and now my baby is moving onto Kindergarten! They’ve taken such good care of him through every phase so far and the patience they’ve displayed is that of a saint. This job isn’t easy but they always greet us with patience and a smile. 10/10 would recommend (:

The weekly themes, themed activities and Field trips are great to keep the children engaged and busy. Being able to have pool time each day is an added plus

My grand daughter attended the Bedford summer day camp for the first time this summer and absolutely loves it. I will be sure to sign her up earlier next summer to make sure she can get into all weekly camps. I didn’t find out about the day camp until mid June so some of the weeks were already full. But I was able to get her into weeks 7, 9, 10, and 11 to finish out her summer! The staff is great and the drop offs and pick ups are seamless! Thank you for providing this opportunity to our youth!!

The staff are great with my kiddo and everyone communicates very well! The issues we have dealt with were professionally handled and promptly addressed. The YMCA is our go-to place for kids activities!
I like that they have different age groups for children. The curriculum that they have is good from frog street for the kids to be learning. But the only thing that I would change would be to at least give the part time crew a 30 minutes break. Also for the kids to have a indoor play place when it gets super hot and cold outside.
