After a long day at school Mr. Odie makes sure my son is having fun, staying active and making friends. It's nice to have a positive distraction for him while he waits for me to pick him up.
My child loved it compared to other summer programs. He never complained of being bored. I also loved that they were able to swim almost every day!
I liked that there were a variety of activities for the kids to partake in. The staff were nice and friendly and greeted the kids every morning. My son was excited to go everyday! It made me feel at ease knowing that he liked the staff, and making new friends. He enjoyed all of the activities that he participated in, his favorites were swimming and something called Gaga Ball. I will definitely sign him up again next year.
My son had the best time at YMCA for teacher in service days! Everyone was so nice and friendly and I had great peace of mind all day! Thank you so much for the opportunity.
The kids had fun all summer. The field trips were highlights, they like the camp counselors, and were always doing different activities. Worn out and played hard everyday.
I like that the YMCA camps keep the kids active and engaged with limited amounts of screens. The kids love Mr. John and the other kids they meet there
I am glad to have a place for my kiddo to be where he feels valued and has fun.
My daughter has been happy to attend every morning and happy when I pick her up. She brings home a lot of pictures and crafts. The price is very reasonable.
Every week there was a different theme with field trips or on-site events associated with that theme. It kept things fresh and different. The kids were kept busy with pool time, games, arts and crafts etc. My kids had a very good time and will be back.

The weekly outing or visitors are fun for the kids and I was appreciative that it was not every day and the kids had time to play and be a little bored which helps activate their own imagination
Kysons camp counselors are all sweet compassionate and always watching for them and keeping them safe and active while I work
My son loved it.
I like how everyone is so friendly, and they have things to do daily with the kids. Only reason it wasn't a ten because the pool for swimming wasn't an option. I was told that the heater on the pump was broke and hasn't been fixed so too cold for the kids. If they got to have swimming it would have been a 10!
The staff is very organized and friendly.
My daughter loves going to camp and making new friends and memories! She’s been a Y kid since she was a baby and we will continue to bring her back.

Great Program. The Counselors are truly involved with the kiddos. My kid has a AWESOME Time every week.
Been very impressed with the program my son is 10 this year and daycare just doesn’t seem like a good fit for him anymore I love that you can pick which weeks they get to go. It’s convenient. My son seems to have a lot of fun. I like that they separate it into age groups, and they seem to do lots of fun activities
I appreciate the hours of camp, fun themes, free lunches and snacks! Both of my children have made new friendships and grown tremendously socially!
