The group fitness classes
It is pretty mixed up right now. I like to chill a bit at the gym but you can't do that right now. I want to do the classes but I'm struggling with motivation right now (me not yall). Y'all are always friendly and helpful. In the past y'all have done things to motivate but right now we are in a pandemic. I don't know what else to say. Hopefully we get the pandemic 8nder control so we can start rocking and rolling again.
Great swim teacher and she did a great job with my kids.

Beautiful facility. Great locker room and shower facilities. Happy helpful employees. Excellent teachers and spin equipment. Place is clean and good social distancing and mask enforcement.

We have done soccer programs multiple seasons. Would recommend for beginner players definitely!
Oh I don’t know it’s clean everybody’s friendly even the people who work there LOL nobody bothers you great atmosphere you can go in there do your thing everybody just makes you feel like they care I have no problem recommending it and then again I wouldn’t want it to get too crowded I know I just sure hope they don’t close down again I gain to much weight when there closed all kidding aside Everybody that works there is great
Of course the exercise classes but also the socializing with other ladies my age.
You can come in anytime you can make it.
I like the group exercises. They push me to do more than I would do on my own. The Y also has a good selection of machines for the days that I can't get to a class.

We have instructors that encourage you and they simplify things for us if need be
It’s such a friendly atmosphere. I like the Financial assistance program. It makes me able to participate at the ymca .
I have not used any programs or activities. I just like the use of the weight room and cardio equipment. Lots of it and no one there to use it.

Instructors and staff are always friendly and offer a kind word.
All the staff is so friendly and tries to know people by name. Class instructors are very nice and sensitive to the needs of their students. The place is always very clean and supplies are always ready and accessible.
Everyone is helpful, caring, and friendly. The trainer I work with is knowledgeable, but, more importantly, she pushes me while still being careful of my age and health conditions. Since I am still working, I have not been able to participate in any of the daytime activities, but I liked the silent auction at Christmas the book exchange. Even though I am older, I appreciate the programs for children.
