Our instructor was very good. He was patient and firm with the kids while being very respectful. My son passed his swim test at his summer camp the last day of his swim lessons. I am very pleased with the program and our instructor and will be recommending to all my friends and family.
My great grandson loved the swimming lessons and is not afraid of water on the face any longer. Trainer was very positive and had great patience

Summer camp keeps kids busy and active
These are some of the things I appreciate about the Joshua Y: Nice equipment, variety of group activities that meet all fitness levels, friendly and personable staff, gym cleanliness, great group instructors. (I’m a new member, so I have several more programs and activities I want to check out soon.). As a senior participant, I appreciate the affordable monthly membership fee, as well.
I love the child care and classes. The pool hours are a little hard to work around and the treadmill TVs sometimes don't work, but everyone is so friendly and professional. They really go out of their way to make it feel like family. We absolutely love the Joshua ymca!
Clean and nice dressing rooms, bathrooms clean, nice pool with lifeguards, lots of treadmills - good family gym.
I love the senior programs, Silver Sneakers, Yoga and all the programs designed for seniors. The game day and socials are lots of fun and a chance to socialize and meet new people. I appreciate that we seniors are treated with respect and made to feel welcome every time we come in. The staff is wonderful and the facility is one of the cleanest and well kept facilities I have been in. I also like the Bible study and some of the other programs tht are offered. I love coming to the Y. It's a place for fun, great exercise and fellowship.

I love the Y and enjoy the friendly staff and people I have met there. It is a safe place for old and young to work out and socialize as well.? I would recommend it to everyone.

I attend the silver sneaker classes and walk on the treadmill most days. I always look forward to going to the Y. It's always clean and the staff is fantastic.
I especially like the group classes that are offered. They provide a format that pushes me to do things that I would not do on my own, and the encouragement of the instructors is very motivating. The Y also provides a wide variety of equipment. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
