What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the physical closeness of the facility to my residnce; the hours it is available, the equipment, and the ability to schedule my workouts with flexibility.

The staff is friendly and efficient, the trainers know what they are doing, and no one is suggesting that I attempt something I do not feel comfortable doing.

It is close to my house and offers exercise classes for seniors. The instructors are tuff but very nice and helpful. They make you want to come back.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The programs are great especially the Silver Sneakers. All the instructors are well qualified and treat us seniors wonderful. We are like a family and help each other out and make new people feel welcome. The social events and the Bible study are really enjoyable. Joshua YMCA is my favorite worKkout place and I highly recommend it. Kathy McClelland
