I am personally not very interested in programs and classes/ I prefer to be able to use the facilities at a time of my own choosing, to avoid scheduling conflects.

The variety of classes keeps me engaged. Starting with Boot Camp style classes and including weightlifting, Zumba, cycling, body combat, core, yoga, and ending with a challenging tires class is absolutely the best way I can spend a couple hours per day, five to six times a week!

Silver Sneakers Program
I like the camaraderie in the group exercise classes. Coming in for a workout feels like hanging out with friends.
The Y is kept clean and neat and the people are great. It would be nice (once stock is available) to get back to the original wipes for cleaning off the equipment as using paper towels and spray is a mess.
Group class instructors are great.
The Silver Sneakers classes are fantastic. We need more of them at Joshua.

Y Warrior. Brad is a great trainer. Y Playhouse- love all the employees and so do my kids. I’ve always liked the Y but since Karla has started it seems all the employees are more happy and that flows into the members. Miriam does a fantastic job keeping everything nice and clean.

Our family loves the Joshua Y! They have the best kid center and the best classes for me. The only thing missing is a basketball court so my teenager and husband will come to the gym with us! We love the friendships we’ve made there and the support everyone gives.
