Water aerobics, silver sneakers classes, and enhance fitness classes, HOWEVER, you need a deep pool for adult swimming and better water aerobics!!! The city of Joshua needs a deep pool !!!!!

I love the silver sneaker classes.
I like the cycle classes and working out on the floor (Tacy is great) and the friendly staff. I don’t really use the pool, but know a lot of people, especially with kids who love it. I feel like the Y is clean and a safe place. Others members are friendly too. Good atmosphere!

The gal that leads the Senior Fitness Class it awesome. The people that work here are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Are very friendly and nice to the people
The kids clubhouse has allowed me and my wife to keep up with our physical health since we had our daughter. We love the parents night out too and can't wait for this summer to put our daughter to learn to swim!
I love how involved the ymca is in involving and helping the community. The events, as well as classes at the gym are so fun, welcoming, and encouraging. The employees are amazing at making everyone feel confident and welcome.
