I like that there are programs for various abilities.

Zumba! Stephanie is a fireball! And when I want to change it up, there are plenty of other class options available!
I only attend 1 activity. I like 1 of the instructors for the class. I enjoy the people and interaction
Classes, workout space and equipment, trainers, staff, and the lovely mix of ages of members. Light and lovely space. Good all around.
I like that Joshua YMCA incorporates family time like parents night out or the egg hunt for Easter. Then there's the classes. They are always fun and the instructors are energetic and personable.
Great group exercise classes with excellent instructors.
I love the Silver Sneekers classes and the instructors. I would not do the machines by myself
and I enjoy the other people in the classes. The front desk employees are very friendly and helpful.

The gym is clean with the equipment I use the most. The staff is very friendly. The free coffee keeps me coming back!
