I have a great relationship with the folks at the Norwood location. Aaron has been a real pleasure to work with. He called me last year to see if I was interested in the first S-Works Diverge that came into the store -- remembering an inquiry I had made several weeks earlier (when there weren't any). And he has been terrific with repairs and keeping me informed about timing and cost. All good!

During the Pandemic closures, we have been biking a lot more. As a result repairs and maintenance need to be done. Ordering either over the phone or on line for curbside pick up has been a breeze.

Bought my son a Specialized 12in Riprock. Landry’s had it transferred to a store closer to me, built and ready for pick up in less than a week. Looks great!! Best of all my son loves it!
