I brought an older road bike in for a refresh. The folks in the service department were fantastic! Graham runs a fantastic shop in Norwood. The young woman who checked out my bike was as informed and knowledgable as anyone I've met in my 35 years of riding. This is not the most inexpensive place to have work done, but the prices are absolutely fair. And they are happy to order specific brands that they may not have in stock - and I have a lot of preferences. I never felt like I was being pushed to buy whatever they have in stock. And when it comes to bicycles, you want it done right by people who won't cut corners. Landry's is the place! Fast turnaround too. Safety is the issue here on a bike and Landry's folks are the best choice.

Let's see - where does one start?

Walked in yesterday and was immediately greeted by Hannah who remembered me from my fitting a year ago.

I explained the problem, she diagnosed and fixed it personally over the next ten minutes, and I was out the door. She thanked me for my business, and said she looked forward to my next visit after another 500 or so miles.

I always feel valued here, my business is important, my requests are within the capabilities and expertise of the team there. I feel like a friend.

I bought spd cleats for my cycling shoes and although they did not fit right the first time, I came back and the young woman who works there adjusted them for me and was very kind. She said come back anytime if I felt they needed to be adjusted. Great customer service! Thank you!
