The staff and store were excellent. Both times I came in, someone greeted me within a minute. I needed a tune up on an older bike, and for it to be cleaned up. They did an excellent job. I have been to some bike stores where staff ignore women or older people. Not here. Everyone was respectful, generous with their time, and very attentive. They even helped me make sure I was putting the bike rack on the car correctly. The customer service was really appreciated.

There is no better bike shop and staff than can be found at Landry’s Norwood. We buy all of our bikes at Landry’s. Everyone is incredibly helpful, high energy and welcoming.

Mark was amazing!! He taught my daughter how to ride a bike 🚴 in 15 minutes. I’ve never seen such an amazing teacher! My daughter taught everyone tips afterwards. Truly a treasure! He lead me to right bike and she even got a bell and basket to match.

I love that your staff are upfront and honest when I came in to have my bikes given a tuneup what my bikes needed and called when a few more things came up. It really felt like when I dropoff my car at the mechanic! Picking up I got the same service and they went over everything and helped me bring them out the door. Have bought a few bikes there and the staff know their stuff when it came to questions about features!!
