I have been buying many bikes from Landreys since 2012 for my first PMC ride. The Landreys Norwood team got me on a bike in a day when, with my current bike, I couldn't get Campy parts to get it ready to ride. That day became the foundation of how important it is to build a relationship with an LBS, and Landreys has been the best for me and my bike endeavors. 2012 was not the last time Landreys would save me during COVID and other PMC rides; they have always taken care of me, provided the best bikes and advice, and it would happen again during PMC weekend 2026. My Di2 rear derailleur locked itself into protect mode and would not shift on Saturday's ride. Lucky me, I still had the R5 that Landry's got me in 2012, and I finished my PMC weekend rides. I would show up Sunday just after noon, with about 10 other families needing help, and I was hoping for a quick drop-off of my bike. It could have been a long wait to talk to the service shop; I left my bike with the two team members working the floor. They found me in their system and handled my bike. I said no need to rush; you guys always take care of me. Much to my surprise, I got a text 2 hours later saying, "Come pick up your bike." The team was so committed to getting me back on my bike, with the huge demand for people needing help that PMC weekend. Sean took time out to explain; he listened to my backstory, and we ended up talking about our PMC rides. The Landreys' experience capped off a great PMC weekend. First name removed

Friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming staff. I'm always greeted when I come in and the service is prompt and clear. The team goes above and beyond. I came in to have a tire replaced on a bike I was donating recently. The techs addressed it quickly, cleaned the entire bike, capped the brake and gear lines, AND aligned the gears so that the bike's new owner would have a great experience.

Friendly staff quickly fixed a flat tire and broken brake cable at a fair price ($35 for each repair). I’m not sure why tune ups are $150 (how long can it take to just look everything over and grease it up) but for little repairs they are great and very friendly.

Laudry's always has a great selection of bikes. I visited the Norwood store with a flat tire and asked if I could get two new tires installed on my bike since the old ones were about 20 years old. They had two tires in stock and installed them within thirty minutes at a reasonable price. I was very impressed and will definitely return when I need to replace my current bike.

I was very pleased in this first time visit with the staff. Appreciated the honesty that evaded me with the previous people that I bought and had the bike serviced by.

Landry's found that the issue was simple and did not charge me. I offered to pay something but the honesty is what was great.

The issue was the front tire had a slow leak that in a weak the tire was empty. I took it to the place where I bought the bike I got charged for a new spoke and inner tube at that time. It turns out the issue was never fixed: it was simple issue with tightening the valve stem. I wanted to pay for the time at least. PJ, who took care of the issue was great. I have found my new bike shop!

We stopped in for a service on a bike we purchased new earlier this year and another older bike that we needed help with. The staff was very helpful and professional. They were great with our son and very helpful. When ever the topic of bicycles comes up we always mention how satisfied we are with Landrys.

Sean did an awesome job advocating for my daughter to get a new replacement rear wheel from Zipp and not pushing it off and kicking the can down the road as many business would do.

Instead of giving us the runaround, Sean and Landry's took the lead for their customer for a full warranty wheel replacement.

Availability, I put a down payment on a bike to pick up tax free weekend. Was wondering if I could get a copy of the deposit receipt? If not no biggie, I took a pic of the 100 hold fee for the bike
