Tires were inflated wrong. Two were inflated to 45psi and two were inflated to 35 psi. When I returned to the jiffy lube to have them correct it, the worker was quite rude insisting that I had to drive on it further and saying he wasn't the one who did it so it wasn't his problem. Also, he was smoking inside the shop and around the area where the inflating was done. No one should be smoking near flammable products or around where the tires are inflated. It is not safe for the customers or the employees. The supervisor did apologize and said that part of the problem was that the tire gauges needed to be replaced. The supervisor did his best to correct the issue and apologize and said he would counsel the employee regarding rudeness. My issue remains to be the lack of safety precautions. Both for the customers and the employees.
The staff was friendly and informative. The wait wasn't long and our truck runs so much better. We are so thankful to the staff that worked on the truck.

As soon as I pulled up, a male associate tried to get me to get an oil change that costs $100 before I even got out of the car. He hadnt touched my vehicle yet and looked right at me and said I “needed” a full synthetic oil change and that I’m looking at $100.
My car has not even reached 100,000 miles yet and I was quoted $75 on the website. I felt like he was trying to swindle me. I won’t be bringing my car back to this location but thank you to the young lady that did end up helping me get the correct synthetic blend for my Honda.

I’ve been a repeat customer at the Jiffy Lube located at 5518 St Barnabas road for a few years now. However, one thing that’s starting to turn me off from going there for service is that each time I go there for an oil change, I don’t receive the included window wash and car vacuum. Those are said to be included with an oil change yet I never received them. Sometimes, all of my fluids are not refilled either which in turn makes me feel cheated.
I will only come to the jiffy lube in Pasadena. They are always so sweet and welcoming! Not only are they fast but they take time to explain every step and what all needs to be done to your vehicle.

Had poor experience with dealer on transmissions tsb. Gave brief explanation to frontline staff they explained your procedure for transmission service. Directly able to answer technical questions to my satisfaction and had me in and out 30minutes. Honda of Annapolis had my vehicle overnight never started service on scheduled 7:30 am appointment next day it was on rack for $150 oil change and visual inspection. Happy to say jiffy lube addressed fluid change in transmission and solved the torque converter judder.

My engine light hasn’t been on for years and I left there yesterday. Now my engine light is on and my engine was running not as smooth. I’m just not sure what happened. Or if I got the wrong oil. It’s has never happened before. It’s just crazy I got an oil change yesterday evening and now this morning my engine light is on. So I’m gonna he to take it to the shop
