I had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly smiles and immediately assisted.
The team was very attentive and took the time to explain all the services in detail, without any pressure to add unnecessary work. The service was fast, efficient, and thorough, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.
Overall, I was impressed by how well they managed their time and handled each customer with care. I genuinely like jiffy lube and have used it for many years. I was a little disappointed however this last visit when my spouse showed the person ringing her up the $10 off coupon, but it was never applied, so I ended up paying more than I wanted.

I have not had working air conditioning all summer. I came to Jiffy Lube, had diagnostic done and was told I need new compressor. After just under $1,000 later . . . I had cool air for maybe 3 days. I've been back and forth to Jiffy Lube multiple times. The 3rd or 4th time, I was told it's a leak in some hose. Some kind of solutions was flushed through to hopefully plug the leak. That didn't work successfully either. I haven't been back since, not because I have air condition but because I don't believe they know what they're doing or what the problem is and now I've spent $1,000 for nothing! I doubt I'll be going back for any service at this point. I gave a 2 because the men were friendly but what I need is A/C.
