Great experience. The gentleman who greeted me as I pulled up was polite and friendly. As was the gentleman at the counter when he took my information. We smiled and joked the entire time I was there. Quick efficient service. Most enjoyable time. 😊

I pulled up to your maintenance shop with air condition. I left with no air. I don’t know who or why somebody would tamper with the filter that would affect my air but then the manager Jose JOSE refused to resolve the problem instead he got disrespectful. I told him it was no need for disrespect. I’m a 60 year old woman,

I have been using this location since 2008 but lately have become disappointed. They are charging way too much which is probably due to having too much staff that stand around not doing much. My last oil change and tire rotation took 30 minutes with no cars ahead of me and was going to cost $160 until I complained. The other car they were working on almost slid off the lift and they mentioned nothing to the owner. My receipt said they vacuumed my vehicle when they clearly didn’t. I sat there watching a bunch of employees standing around my vehicle doing nothing so now I’m wondering what else did they lie about?
