I was impressed with the totally different cleaning process that you use....ie the pretreating, the brushing process and the final process of sucking the moisture up. My carpeting looks so much better.... including the 20 year old carpeting in my lower level. Technician was well informed and very courteous. Overall, I was very satisfied and will highly recommend your company, as it was highly recommended to me.

Hi Josh was great. He looked at my rug before telling me he could clean it. He did a spot test and inspected the rug before committing to cleaning it. It’s a Turkish hand tied rug. He did clean it and it’s beautiful. I appreciated that he wanted to inspect the rug before blindly saying he could clean it.
Zerorez was able to get the poop stains out of our carpets.
The carpet came out beautiful, and the carpet was dry that night. Would highly recommend.

I like how they could check for pet urine, etc. I like how they put protectors on the corners of walls to protect it. When they were done, carpets looked and smelled great! Also, I liked that the carpet dried faster than other places we have used.
