Great employees and great service
I had the carpet in two small rooms done to remove as many pet stains as possible. I am a hospice dog foster mom & have stains that cannot be avoided with dogs that are dying of old age or illness. I appreciated the great work that Scott & Anthony did on the carpet, and I will be having y'all back out in the summer to do it again and add in a cleaning on my couch as well. And the house smells so much better with the orange scent you use, so that alone was worth them coming out.

So far, everything seems good. I would like to see how it is after a few weeks. The guys were good, could use to be a little more personable. Also, your "free" code doesn't work, so I lost out on getting an upholstered chair done.

I was blown away with the ability to get off years old stains for cats having bathroom accidents, our carpet was darkly discolored and rock hard on certain spots and now it feels fresh and clean and the odor and discoloration is gone!

The carpet cleaning was scheduled within a few days and most importantly, the carpet was pristine when the crew finished the job. Several stains were completely removed. And, although I declined to add 2 rooms because of the cost, the crew cleaned them AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. I couldn’t be happier. I will use ZeroRes in the future. I recommend them highly.
