I use the Egym, so glad you installed that and also the Cybex machines. I like to be able to come to the Y and work out without having to chat with folks. I like to get it, do my workout and then get out.

Nice gyms, new locations at TCC and area High Schools... well maintained... a safe place for the kids, and great elderly programs.
I like to walk on the track and use the exercise machines.
I like how programs are offered period for kids to have something to learn like sports and can go far with it. I also like the fact that it's not expensive, communication through emails have been good. So thank you for allowing my children the opportunity to learn

We have everything do you need to succeed
I just finished my second season of coaching 12-14-year-old volleyball. Kylar created a very organized and fun experience this season. The game officials at both facilities were knowledgeable of the league rules and very supportive of the players. I especially have to give a shout-out to the official at Tandy who not only kept track of the score and possession without a scoreboard for most of the season (by herself), but she also made it a point to cheer on the teams and positively reinforce player efforts on the court. This season felt very engaging and all of my players seemed to have a positive experience. Thank you!!!!!!

The indoor pool is amazing in the winter! Such a fun activity to take our kids on weekends when it’s too cold to be outside. We also enjoy the basketball courts and yoga classes.
I like the therapy pool. Is warm enough I can workout even if it's cold.

The pools are the best in Tulsa & rival Lifetime Fitness! I love that they are all indoor & heated even the slide is inside so the kids can enjoy year round. They are the only place around that have a 9ft depth in the cooling lap pool. Highly recommend! Locker rooms are nice, shower pressure is great & sauna is toasty. Remember to bring your own lock & towel. It’s a big facility & even though the parking lot is always packed the building never seems to be too full because of the size. The work out rooms are big & instructors are nice & professional. The equipment is taken care of & high tech; you can connect it to the app to keep up with how you’re progressing and follow your fitness journey. Your membership will give you access to not only all the local Ys but any Y in the country. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.
