What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The pool! I love that it’s not crowded when I go!!! Towel service! The sauna!!!!! The spin classes!!! I can’t wait to try out yoga! I genuine want to bring people here!

I like the treadmills, the televisions, the red wood sauna, the instructors and orkers ae always pleasant. IT IS AN ATMOSHERE THAT ONE WANTS TO BE IN.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. I like the e-machines that are programed for me, individually and I can see my progress. The pool and sauna complete my exercise routine. Love it.

I like the CORE class on Saturday mornings. You have a top-notch sauna in the women's locker room.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Everything is spaced out and maintained very well!
Having a wide variety of programs and activities is awesome for the entire family.

I will say, I do see families coming in and only the parents are actually working out.
It would be great to see more faculty involvement at each location to help keep youth engaged with activities & exercise, while parents are exercising.

Gym and poll are well maintained, and clean. The signs and programs are family-friendly, no objectionable content or activities. Staff is friendly.

Good facility, friendly staff, convenient location. Really clean every time I've been there. Plenty of staff who are super friendly. Best gym experience I've ever had

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I’ve only tried the egym so far. Even though I am 69 years old I am still employed full time and wish some of the senior group classes were available evenings or weekends
