Most classes are included in your membership. The games on the bikes for children. I love the virtual active on the treadmill- it makes my runs more enjoyable

I only use the swimming pool and am very satisfied with the pool itself, dressing areas, lockers, hygiene.

Janet the swim coach is excellent. She taught me how to swim laps properly and I really enjoy the new challenge and exercise I get from meeting new swimming goals.

Facility is clean and in great condition, staff are helpful and knowledgeable, membership is reasonable. Great selection of classes.

Swimming classes have been my only experience and the class I took was awesome, the sauna was great and the dressing/ locker room was always clean.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love the class and how wonderful the teachers are with the kiddos. I do wish they had gradually advanced to a little more “hands-off” to help the kids become more independent, but I do appreciate the way they have adapted to all of the different levels of comfort the different children have.

I love my cardial dance class, I love the time of class, and I especially love my teacher Janice Coats. She makes class fun, and soooo personable. The Gym is always spotless, and everyone is helpful and kind.
