Love the cardio room and weight room… don’t really like the new machines in the cardio room … they are very restrictive in terms of range of motion

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The e-gym is perfect for ,me. I’ve always struggled with selecting the right amount of weights and proper lifting etiquette. The e-gym takes all the guess work out of the equation and I can go straight to the workout. Love it! I’m so glad Tandy offers this workout option.

I only very recently returned to the Y due to Covid and a pre-existing health condition requiring extra caution.
That said, I am a longtime Y member and have missed taking advantage of the new facility, which I really like.
I have no complaints and it’s nice to be back..!
