What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the people who assist the members with any concerns that I may have about my workouts. They are friendly and responsive to members needs and or request. The E-GYM program is good as I do not have to adjust the machine when I go to use the machine as it adjusts to my workout parameters.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I tried couple of the classes and they are good but not for me. I like using the machines and the free weights. I mostly like the floor space since I do lot of stretching and cardio techniques. I’m over 65 and Medicare plan provided me free access to use YMCA facility.

Wonderful facility. Great classes.

I would like it if alll the bikes were working - and properly calibrated- in spin class. There is a huge variation from bike to bike. I also would like it if the projector in spin room was functional.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the discipline of Egym. I like the connectivity between treadmill and Egym. Swimming is important to me and maintaining the chlorine level is as well. Accessibility to the leisure pool and maintenance of the temperature is increasingly important.
