We utilize the pools. We appreciate when the lap pool is cooler and consistently clear! Enforcing lap lanes is a great idea. Lifeguards are wonderful. Only suggestion is more calming family friendly music.
My 3- and 5-year-old girls love to go to Play and Learn!

The egym is my favorite.
The size of Tandy was nice!
In particular, Tandy has each of the 3 pieces of aerobic workout equipment that make up my complete workout. The space is ample which means that even with plenty of people, no one feels crowded. The only place that can seem a bit tight is in the locker rooms, but I think that may simply be a function of the oddly designed/shaped lockers. I can't say that I care for them much at all. Some staff members seem genuinely welcoming, and others not so much. At times, the front desk staff have given me the impression that they would prefer not to be bothered with a simple question. (Allow me to recommend the book, "Unreasonable Hospitality" by Will Guidara. Not sure if it still is, but it was on the NYT Best Seller list for weeks, and deservedly so. Good for all levels of an organization to read.) Overall, Tandy is one of the better YMCA locations I visit regularly. Thanks for welcoming the feedback.

Love the aqua mix and cardio drumming
Did want to bring up a concern about the water heater leak in the women's bathroom. There was a pile of water on the floor for several hours with no wet floor signs in front of the sauna. When I reported to front desk the older lady with short hair was very passive and was already aware. The other Indian gentleman took charge and made sure the issue was taken care of immediately. I think educating the staff on the importance of taking care of wet floors should be clear to them because someone could've easily fallen and the outcome different.

Price, the Y's community support programs, facilities are good. I feel like my money supports a lot of others as well as myself.
