It's got the daycare , play area for 2 hours so the adults can have free time to workout ,.swim or go to the sauna. They have personal trainers that help you along the way and are very friendly

The equipment is modern. Everything is well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is plenty of space, and it never has seemed too crowded.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like being able to access the lap lanes pretty much all day, every day of the week.
I like the elliptical equipment, as well as the free weights.
I would like to see the locker rooms tidied up more often, becomes oftentimes there are towels and people's discarded rubbish laying around, and sometimes the showers are a little skanky.
I could also wish the people at the front desk could acknowledge me when I come in, or look up at me when I have a question, and they aren't even on the phone.
