I really enjoy Troy's "Core & More" (aka "Gutbusters") class, held Monday through Thursday, from 5:00 -5:15 pm.
I also enjoy Troy's Wednesday am water aerobics class as well,

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The Tandy YMCA is awesome! The staff has been super informative, friendly, and professional. I think my favorite thing is the family locker room. It’s so easy for my husband and I to take the kids swimming then tag team getting them dried off and dressed. We recommend the Tandy YMCA to everyone!

Very nice people working in there and good customer service and my daughters love to go there a lot specially to the pool and workout!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

The staff is most courteous and friendly. Their attitude makes coming to the Y most enjoyable. The yoga class I am taking is helpful. IThe instructor is knowledgeable,professional and encouraging. I feel great after each class.

Good variety of classes and varying intensities as stamina increases or decreases. All the instructors I’ve had are very good, informative and friendly. The entire facility is awesome!

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I like the exercise classes for older adults. I would like to see more offered. The cardio dance class is a little too strenuous for many of us.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

My family likes the learn and play program. The kids are always excited to go and the staff is wonderful, always friendly and have smiles! We also utilize the gym and Troy's ab blasting class, they make us feel welcome.

I have always liked this Y for many years and now that it is upgraded I like it even better I have only used the pool since it’s been remodel But I hope to use much more of the Y very impressed BJ

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Love the classes, specially yoga, Confusion, hiphop and Zumba. They are fun and a very good stretch and exercise at the same time.
