Zumba had a nice evening schedule to be able to make it after work. Awesome instructors. Very fun community and easy to make friends!

The staff is friendly and personable. The facilities are clean. The classes I take from Julie Hensley are perfect - she makes us feel very comfortable!

I love the group fitness classes. All of the instructors are awesome and very professional. I also like Iron Girls with Liz! Best results I've had with a trainer.
