The variety and the instructors
I love the classes! I do wish they had some of the 9:30 classes at 8:30 instead. I enjoy -45 and Defend.
My first visit to Dickenson was great! The front staff helped me find my classes, the instructor was very inviting, and the class participants introduced themselves and welcomed me. The atmosphere as a whole was very friendly and inviting!
The personal trainers and instructors are top notch. They motivate me to meet my personal fitness goals. :-)

I love the Zumba and relaxing yoga classes! I am motivated to continue exercising and have made many new friends in my classes.

Friendly and accessible!
Yoga almost every day
I like how staff takes a vested interest in my health and well being. They are highly visible and accessible and always willing to help me learn about how some of the equipment and machines work. They also recommend classes they think fit my physical abilities.
Positive and comfortable environment. The staff and trainers are awesome and knowledgeable! Exactly the gym I need!

The facility administration is friendly and welcoming. I have only used the rowing machine at this point but want to find a yoga/fitness class that I can do on Thursday or Friday mornings. I have back issues and my neurosurgeon wants me to use the rowing machine which I do for 30 minute periods.
I like the sense of community and friendly staff.
Love the group exercise classes and the kids soccer.
