I like that you are offering more yoga but the room is too cold. You should put Zumba in there and put yoga in the room with the wood floor!

I like that it’s never crazy packed. I’m able to workout in peace and get my reps in without waiting to use machines!
I like the diversity of classes and times available. Since I can go to any YMCA I can work in my workout around my schedule. I also like the teachers who are friendly and personable and provide very high energy, challenging workouts.
I typically just use the workout machines and equipment, but I do love that they’re so well maintained and clean, and that there is such a positive environment!
Front desk staff is very helpful to answer questions and show me around since I am new to the gym. Other members are courteous and friendly.

Our boys have played T-ball & flag football here for years now . We are so happy the Y offers these sports and many other activities that otherwise wouldn’t be available to our family . The kids have made great fiends and teammates , learned the ropes of youth sports and what it is to be a part of a team . My wife and I enjoy the gym as they have 2 hour child care while you work out ! The staff are dedicated people, very nice to talk with .
And most importantly it’s clean , restrooms , equipment, the whole facility is well kept .

We are new to the YMCA when it comes to exercising. My husband and I have been going 5 nights a week since the beginning of the year. The equipment is fantastic and love that we can watch Netflix. The only downside is that we have children and work so we often get gym until 8:00pm. It would be great if
You were open until 10:00 for working parents. But when we can’t get there until 8:00, we really want to utilize that hour to strength train and do cardio. There are some employees that do
Time warnings and walk around the gym SEVERAL times at regular intervals. And I don’t mind the time warnings but every 15 minutes and then turning the TVs off is distracting and makes me feel rushed. We are actually looking for another gym because of the closing at 9:00 but then also we don’t feel comfortable staying until 9:00 because we feel we are almost being pushed out the door.
Group fitness classes... instructors are encouraging and workouts are great!
Berina does a fantastic job as a Manager! She is involved in all of the programs and activities.
