Variety of programs offered.
Jerod at the front desk is the best impression that the Y could hope to get! He is very knowledgeable, even when discussing complex memberships such as Educare.
Though it’s very small, our daughter loves the new pool. I hope it expands to include therapy pool lanes someday.
We liked the family swim option at this branch. My littles had a good time! We were warmly greeted and the facility was clean.
Nice workout gym. Assistance is there if you need it.
Very clean
Lots to offer and quality programs
It’s cool.
Very family friendly and the staff are fantastic!
it's kid friendly
Zumba, yoga, pool, weights, cardio machines
Well I haven’t joined any activities.
But your gyms are quiet not crowded and clean
I appreciate those things.
I like the creativity that is in the classroom (set up), plus that the kids can choose to make crafts. Plus that they have an outside play area. It's always clean. I go to the dickinson ymca.
Swimming pool amenities
Love the classes and the pool1
Equipment and personnel
The staff is friendly and helpful. When I have my grand children they love going to the YMCA with me. They want to attend play & learn and they always come out with a craft or coloring sheet.
Pool. Staff. Location. Cleanliness. Plenty of outdoor seating.
Clean, contained, comprehensive equipment and classes.
would prefer you have more than one rowing machine
I love the pool
I love the trainers! So personable!
Instructors are knowledgeable about content and instruct on how to accomplish safely. Also offer multiple level abilities, i.e. if you can do this easily, try this.
I love the Dickinson Y but wish there were saunas in the locker rooms of this facility. There are several older participants who attend here and a sauna would be a GREAT warm up and cool down.
I have attended other gyms and this was promoted there. I do notice that using the sauna dramatically reduces muscle soreness. I miss that at Dickinson.
I do work out only on tradmill, , but what amazes me is the staff especially Aubrey the lady in charge, she is amazing
Family oriented/atmosphere
I love the ladies in the play and learn and the classes I take. The instructors are wonderful and that makes all the difference!
The classes for over 50 years of age are great. The instructors are knowledgeable and have been trained to work with older athletes. The time for classes are reasonable and convenient.
The physical building is fairly new and is accommodating.

It is a clean facility that has a lot of programs and classes. I think it could stand some more weightlifting equipment however. There is only one bench and one squat rack. Additionally, I think music should be played like the downtown facility does.
Haven't used any programs or activities yet, but nice people and clean facilities to work out

Great place for the little one to swim and have fun
