I love zumba with Tanzy! She is so uplifting and helpful, especially to those who are new to her class.

Frank’s yoga class is amazing and the most restful and relaxing experience one can have in a busy week.

My girls love the crafts and how it seems like everyone in there who is teaching really are there for the kids.

I like the employees and the people who greet you when you arrive and go. I like the classes like Defend or any of the classes and the instructors. All are nice. This is a nice place to go.

I like the fact that you have morning exercise classes at 8:00. I tried the ones at 9:00 and by the time I get done with them and showered the entire morning is over so the ones at 8:00 still allow me to have part of the morning left.

The class instructors. Love STT and -45. Love the addition of the pool. And just the overall feel of the Y is positive and family friendly.
