I love the swimming programs, although I would like to have the Tabata method of aquatic aerobics offered again. Kay Hunt did that method very well.

The pool, the sauna and the people at the front desk. Also I enjoy the friends I’ve made coming to water aerobics

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I love that my 10 year old can come work out with me. I love that the pool is open for lap swim and open swim for my child and I. I love Larry and John they make our volleyball league the best.

The pool and whirlpool are excellent for relaxation and fun for my son. My oldest son loves the basketball courts and pick up games they attract. The gym equipment is easy to use.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Love the water volleyball. Water aerobics class is great. Pool is clean and well maintained. Lifeguard staff the best.

Sr fitness classes. Our instructors. The people in our classes care about each other. Level of activity is good - not too easy - so we can stay strong.

Close knit group and awesome instructor (Heather) for aqua aerobics. Clean facility. Nice place to walk during inclement weather. Will use weight Machines more when my shoulder heals.
