The daily family YMCA is very handy to the citizens of Bixby. Staff there is very helpful and courteous. Although I had to put my membership on hold for an injury, they treated me with the most respect.
I just participate in the water exercise and I would definitely recommend it!!!
I am limited in what activities I can do at the Y. Both my husband and I enjoy water walking. He also swims. It gets us out of the house three days a week.
Great fun for kids... also they get help and guidance as and when required....

I have been enjoying the beginning Pickleball from 8:00 to 10:00 on Tuesday and Thursday. I have also been working out on the machines afterwards! Everyone is so friendly and accepting of beginners like myself! It is so much more than just a place to go to exercise! I have met so many new people and am enjoying it so much! I highly recommend! Would like to see an area to stretch added to facility. Maybe remodel the break room? That seems to be an unused area...

All facilities are well laid out for multiple offerings. Professional instructors such as Ron Sumrell in Okmulgee who KNOWS his stuff. Courteous adm staff. No food or smokeless tobacco allowed though some members secretly abuse it in Okmulgee.
My daughter really liked the activities with other friends. It made making new friends easier rather than little groups sitting together and not getting involved.
She did not like when they were left in the gym for most of the day. Those were not good days in her opinion!

I love the pool activities and the hot tub.
I LOVE that you are partnered with TCC. One of their campuses is super close to my work. I was having to drive 30-40 minutes to work out. This makes it much easier!
I love the care that goes into keeping and maintaining the Daily Y so that the Bixby community has a place to gather to build healthy mind, body and spirit for all.
I really enjoy the classes that are offered at the Bixby YMCA.
The Pickelball 101 classes are so much fun!! The more experienced players are always willing to give you helpful pointers and advice!!
As a sixtyish man; you offer programs that fit my social group.
I am a morning attendee and enjoy pickleball. But many others in my age group are in the pool; enjoying water aerobics and volleyball.
And yes, there are many other classes for us.
All members and staff are welcoming and friendly. I wish I had joined sooner. (Six months ago.)
The entire facility needs to be upgraded. The fitness area is entirely too small. Every other ymca in the tulsa area has been redone and made nicer. I recommend people to join the y but not daily, while the people that work there are fantastic the building can not hold any more people. The weight room(s) are crammed and if 6 people are in there you can't get anything done. The fact that some weights are upstairs and other downstairs are ridiculous. They have 4 basketball courts that are never all being used at once. Transform one court into the weights/ cable machine area. I can't express this enough, I never tell people to join the daily y because of the limited space. If the facility was done differently it would be the only place I recommend people join.
I just joined for a month while in Bixby visiting family. I’m enjoying the pool and exercise machines. All the staff have been very kind. It’s been a treat for me to be able to workout in a nice place while in Bixby.
