Staff is friendly and with the updated equipment, it's a better facility to work out at now than before. I would like there to be a curtain in the group exercise room for the window to the outside. When we are doing zumba, it's nice to have it darker.

It a smaller and friendlier gym. I love the environment, classes, the heated pool (I have RA) and the staff are wonderful!
The kids area is so bright and fun. My son runs from station to station and never wants to leave!
I still can't believe this is included in my membership! We've met several of the workers and they are SO good with my 3 year old. He loves all of the different toys and different play areas. After his daycare he has been asking to go "to the gym!"
The instructor is wonderful, class size isn't too large. Patience is a must working with kids, love the way the instructor has worked with my kids comfort levels!

Always a good feeling to be greeted by a friendly person at the reception desk. Everyone there is pleasant. I like going in there, doing my work out and not being delayed.

I want scheduled classes for my age(83) and my needs such as gentle yoga, stretches, etc. Water aerobics is good which is the only thing I have now. Also early mornings is more agreeable to my lifestyle.
I love the fact that no one, is turn away because of inability to pay, the programs are designed for people of all ages in the community. The swimming pool has programs that help people with or without disabilities to gain balance, strength, and lose weight. As well all kinds of cardiovascular workouts and or strength training with machinery or free weights
Friendly staff. Facilities offer a good variety and just what I needed for a short-term membership last summer. It was a great experience. I hope to join again this summer when I'm back in Bixby.
I am always greeted when I come in, the lifeguards are friendly (but you need to hire more guards) and the facility is nice.
