The swimming pool is available year round
exercise equipment, pool, running track. BUT... I like the hot tubs. but they won't repair them and keep them maintained. Also used to like the steam room for men, but they wouldn't keep them maintained.

With my physical limitations I appreciate the ramp that makes it easy to get in and out of the pool, as well as having the pool at a comfortable temperature for those of us with arthritis.

Water aerobics, Yoga, cycling. Free weights . Running/walking track. Experienced & helpful instructors. Hope is a manager over the Fitness team & she is very helpful in finding a fit for you if you are curious about any classes.

All your Employees are very professional & very helpful. The Lifeguards do an Excellent Job to help Us so we can play Water Volleyball (Alex & Dakota) Josh & Marie are outstanding on the Welcome desk.

I love the water Arobics classes. I am an older person with joint issues and having access to the pool keeps me moving!
Reasonably priced and well supervised after school care.
My activities are limited to the pool. My husband and I water walk three days a week and we enjoy doing it. I am sure your other classes are equally as good.

Water aerobics with Anita. She said your adding a 1030 Friday class which is great. Can't make it any earlier because of school age kids so this is great news. The pool was clean and warm and the temp was comfortable

Love the volleyball games, the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
Excellent instructors. Would like for the Daily Y to bring back Defend and have some 8:30 am classes. Very nice pool.

I enjoy Water Aerobics.
I have repeatedly requested that sound tiles be installed on the walls to reduce the very loud noise.
It is so loud in the pool area that you can not hear instructions from the teacher!!!!!
The classes are so friendly and inviting. The workout area is well kept and easily accessible. My kids absolutely love the play and learn daycare.
We love that it is all about sportsmanship and positivity!
