What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I enjoy being able to work out in the gym and drop my son off at the play and learn. He LOVES going to the play and learn. I also enjoy the classes that are available. I'm very grateful more yoga classes have been added at the Owasso Campus. I've also tried the pound class and it was totally addicting 🥰

It's a great local fitness workout place. It's clean, and there are plenty of towels and spray sanitizer to keep the gym machines clean. The front desk staff is very lovely. Lots of open hours. Thank you, YMCA and Owasso.
