I love the machines that give me a total workout. I’m starting my 14th week and can get back into my size 6 jeans. I feel better and at 73 my balance , strength in my legs has improved tremendously. Plus walking through the front doors, the ladies at the desk are so welcoming and always say bye when I leave.
The facility is very clean and the equipment is in great shape. The employees are pleasant and nice and actually speak to you when you come into the facility which is not what you get in all places. The e-gym is a super benefit and we are just getting into the program for that.
So far we love it! Great programs and excellent facilities!!

My son has the best time at the Y! He comes home worn out due to the activities they have for the kids. Highly recommend!
YMCA Owasso is awesome! they treat my kiddo like family. Very energetic and family orientated. The activities are interesting and enjoyable my kiddo.
It's one of the only places boys can practice and pkay in volleyball games without traveling to OKC. The one thing I would like to see if a series of coaching clinics so new coaches don't feel so "on their own" and everyone has the opportunity to get questions answered and clarified so everyone knows the same info.
My kiddo really enjoys playing with their selection of toys, the playground (especially the swings), fun crafts and activities.

We love the ladies in the play and learn area! I love that they almost always have an activity for the kids to do.
Pippa really enjoys it. Crafts are always fun, they let them go to the gym. If i had a complaint it would be that my childs name is PIPPA not Peppa like the pig! So using her correct name would be awesome. :)

Everyone was informative and friendly. I did not meet one person with a sour attitude. They were quite busy, the facilities were clean and up to date.

I joined primarily to play pickleball. They gym membership I previously had does not have any pickleball. I will utilize the weights and cardio but can get that just about anywhere.
