All ages, all activity level!!
I’m new to the facility and have only engaged in cardio and resistance training so far.
e-gym
The hours are better now.
Several different kinds of classes to choose from. Staff seems knowledgeable and friendly.
I heard from a lady at my son’s school in Tulsa that Owasso YMCA has the best swimming program in the Tulsa area (she said better than Miller Swim School). She said that the instructors are excellent and the facility is well kept and clean. I enrolled my son and have been totally impressed by the instructors and facilities! I didn’t know that I was supposed to re-enroll my son each month for swimming but Rose happily helped me when we showed up for swimming and were not on the roster. She got my son into a class so he could do his lesson and she brought me to her office to enroll. She was so kind and helpful and my son is learning so much! We have two other kids and they will all be doing swimming lessons at the Y in Owasso.
I love the classes. The teachers are top notch. The maintenance issues (out of toilet paper, bathrooms out of order, clocks that need a new battery, pool closed, etc.) are handled pretty quickly. The front desk workers cheerfully greet me when I come in and leave. They are wonderful to put in your class reservation for you if you forgot to do it. Kayla is the best!!
Lots of classes to fit different fitness and age levels. Great classes.
Have been using the Egym and exercise equipment at Y. They are convenient, accessible throughout the week, and workers are helpful with information. .
The weights
I love the extended hours. I like that it is family friendly. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I no longer participate in programs as my children are out of the house but they benefited greatly from the "team" and "explore" features of Y-sponsored sports.
I like the convenience and availability of the programs
I like all the senior oriented activities.
The classes are great and the staff at the play and learn are sweet and caring.
Fun for my kids & they have wonderful memories..
The variety of classes and the availability of exercise machines.
E gym, pool, weights, tabata equipment, cardio.
I like the gym with both the e-gym option and regular machines and weights. I like the pool and the fact that there is the option of childcare. I haven't attended classes but am curious and look forward to trying them.
I like the opportunity for children to play sports.

There is a variety of activities, multiple level of physical strength.
The staff are friendly, helpful and encouraging.
easy and timed well
We love Reformer Pilates and the EGym!
Clean, professional friendly people.
I go to the YMCA for the pool. I have knee issues and the pool allows me to get aerobic exercise without stressing my joints.
The communication of when the pool is closing or closed still needs to be improved especially in the early hours before 7AM. Please work on that.
Thank you

Good classes for seniors.
I like the youth sports offerings because it gives kids a relatively safe entry into different sports without having to fully commit to buying all the trappings in the hopes the child likes it enough to continue.
The only real downside is the coaches are all parent volunteers. That in it self isn't a bad thing but if there was a training program in place for the sport they are coaching, it would make things so much more solid for the kid athletes. Especially for the kids where playing Y ball is their only option to play organized sports.
Gym, and pool
The gym is always very clean and accessible. We also love the play and learn childcare. They do super well with our son. I always recommend the Y!
Still trying to get it figured out

I love all the classes!!!!!!
