Love the new upgrades the staff is great. The courtyard on the north side of the building is perfect for an outdoor pickle ball court

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I joined for the pool to help me recover from an injury and stayed for the diverse community! What a find! The staff and instructors are excellent; providing feedback and encouragement as you progress through your fitness journey. E-Gym's guided weight circuit is a wonderful tool for toning and especially helpful for folks that are hesitant to use weights because let's face it, free weights and machines can be intimidating! I still love the water (aqua tabata ❤) but discovered that I also love yoga! While the pool is having some repairs have enjoyed Defend, Pound and on my list to try next; Hip Hop. When someone asks me to sum up YMCA in one word, hands-down, every time: COMMUNITY!!!

I've just started. Last night was my first in water aerobics there. I love it. I've also done the egym a couple of time but I like it too. So far so good

I really liked the layout of the gym. It also had plenty of equipment. Gym was busy, but able to do everything we wanted

There’s something for everyone! From beginners classes to one on one personal training; from being the hub in Owasso for kid’s sports to exercise classes for seniors. All in a friendly environment!

I have not personally been to a class but I have been in the workout rooms and enjoy multiple areas and that there is so much space. The owasso ymca is my favorite.

I am praying the pool heater is fixed. My husband had total knee replacement and I am hoping to get him in for water exercises, but it’s been too cold!

It was so personable the day I went in.
Jason Harrell was fabulous and helped me w the Evolt setup and talked to me about the training.

Also, Chris was very helpful w helping me get set up on the Evolt.

Was thinking about canceling my membership, but now I don’t want to.

They did a fabulous job.
