The fact that Everything is family orientated and Everybody gets a chance to do something. The volunteer work is great Your activities help Children too excel. The staff is Great coaches are awesome All the way around a great place to be to work to To get physical Health in place.

Great instructors and fun classes. Great work out area. Lots of machines and very large and open area for working out. But I would like more free weights in the main work out area.

Group fitness is very rewarding. There is something available for all age groups…great choices at each level. The socialization is wonderful. Staff is friendly, always welcoming and willing to assist.
