I like the activities to get healthy an stay healthy
Everything is great so far. No issues
Would like to have an afternoon (like 2 or 3pm) yoga - regular/strengthening, pilates, or Tai chi. Otherwise all is good.
I only attend water aerobics with Toni as Tandy and it's lots of fun.
At the Bixby Y I attend Iron Women twice a week. I like that through the Y system I have great choices for my fitness.
I enjoy the instruction in the iron women classes. Love Jill and her expertise.

Very clean and the e gym is amazingly set up for beginners, like me, at 68 yrs old.
Ramona’s chair yoga classes are a great work out and she is always explaining and reexplaining for those of us that haven’t done this before and excellent at making adjustments for injuries. I told Ramona the other day this chair yoga is helping me more than my chiropractor.
The opportunity for children to stay active and to be to have fun while doing it!

Great for all level of players. Appreciate the coaches we have who care about the kids. Coach Littlejohn and Coach Carter we have been on there team several times and appreciate them both
Chris is a wonderful yoga teacher. She is really in tune with her people and what we need. I love being able to do yoga outside in the pool in the fresh air near the trees.
