I really like that it is family friendly and something for everyone to do. I like the group fitness options a lot as well.
My 5 year old played soccer this summer. I like how it was more focus on kids having fun then competition. Great for kids who just started playing sports.

The play and learn center has been a great experience over the past week! I am coming four days a week to help my son with his separation anxiety, by giving him a safe and consistent place away from me for an hour or two. My other children have benefitted as well! I appreciate that the teachers are consistent. They all seem to be attentive and in the older side I appreciate the strong steady presence. It has helped my son transition to something that is very hard for him. My youngest (1yo) has struggled a little, but Isella is always attentive, and if it’s just too much for my daughter she lets me know. Mom day out’s were always way out of our budget, this has been a wonderful alternative for us, and I love getting an hour in the gym to myself.

My three year old Little Chief is always excited to come and hang out while I go exercise. This really make sit easier for me to get exercise, and makes me feel good that he is always excited to go and enjoys it. The staff are always kind and very nice to me at drop off and pick up.

My kids love the program; it gives them a sense of belonging. They feel really loved and welcomed. I like that they get help with their homework and get a few extra hours of physical activity daily.

I used a personal trainer for several months. He was excellent. Listened to my expectations and gave clear directions to help achieve these.
