Family friendly facility with everything you could ask for in a gym. It feels good knowing I can quit literally, walk out my health journey and have my 10 year old working out on the treadmill next to me. From basketball to sauna we are both enjoying all the amenities.
I love that the Y's programs are geared around healthy living and inclusivity for families.
I love that it is offered to student while attending, it is a helpful use to help with stress. I do wish that all of the YMCA was in collaboration and we was able to use any locations but just knowing that at all TCC locations can be used is amazing.

The Owasso facility is the one we attend. We go around 7 in the morning and are always greeted by Erin as we arrive. In the gym, we are greeted again by Carter who keeps the facility very clean and well stocked with towels etc. The weights and mats are always stowed in place and he still makes time to circulate amongst the patrons to check with us to see if we need anything and to have a short visit with anyone who stops him to say hi. Carter is the main reason we elected to continue our membership this year even though our insurance would no longer pay for it.
I love the Bixby YMCA, I have been a member since it opened, my children were raised there and now my grandchildren go there for the sports programs. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Love the Cardio Drumming class. And the deep water aerobics (t/th8). These 2 instructors are wonderful.

I like the egym it forces me to exercise. The Y has a full range of exercise equipment that is outstanding.
Shana and Kandice are excellent instructors. Every single class is worth the time. They are both reliable-rarely ever miss a class. They are knowledgeable and very friendly.
Whether they like is the time of the classes, they are flexible also, the machines they are always available the sauna and the pool. people is really nice.

I love the staff is welcoming and seems to enjoy being around the children. I feel comfortable leaving my children there as it seems a safe spot with adults who care for children.
