I Love Doug Townsind's 5:30AM boot camp class. He is so dependable and there for us everyday. He makes the workout fun and brings great music! The front desk receptionist always greets me with a smile and I've enjoyed getting to know her a little more each day. I moved from a much more expensive club and the Y has provided me with more sense of community. People are very nice.

The current Sports Director is amazing. He is 100% on top of Youth Sports, unlike previous sports directors. He has rosters and schedules done ahead of time and is wonderful at communicating and responding to emails. I am so Grateful that the Owasso YMCA finally has a great Sports director!

I haven’t tried any programs. I’ve only gone to lift weights and use the machines and do a little stretching. What I love about this why is it’s never crowded it’s quiet and it’s extremely clean. The people are friendly. The space is open and well maintained.

I really enjoy bringing my child to the activities center in order to get my workout in. I wouldn't be able to enjoy the gym otherwise. The staff are also phenomenal!

Very family friendly. The strenth training area is clean and well organized. The pool schedule is great and the classes are led by experienced and competant individuals.
The youth volleyball program is really great and has very much benefited my daughter. However, I have a couple suggestions. I noticed that bad sportsmanship was not only being tolerated but encouraged by a couple coaches. Also, there were some instances when we saw some favoritism toward some players over others. These were few but noticeable. Otherwise, it's been great and my daughter will definitely be playing again this season. Thank you.
