I really enjoyed that a coach was available on the floor to help me position my body correctly when I was using the weights in the upstairs section.

Union is a great Y facility. Great kids working the desk and it has every need… free weight selection is fantastic.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

Lap swimming isn important part of my health and therapy for healing from breast cancer . Found it help with exercise of shoulder and arms. Also yoga classes help with ease of stretching and flexibility.

I love the sauna it would be great if they got massage chairs in there as well like planet fitness that would be dope.

I came to lift weights during my Ys remodel. Everything was great except the blinding sun. It would be helpful to install a blind.

I only went to the pool and nobody was there except 2 lifeguards. The pools are nice though and can't wait to come back
