Love the Tuesday and Thursday morning classes, Melissa and Sue are great. Then I walk up to a mile in one of the gyms or on the track.

I’m new to the facility and have only engaged in cardio and resistance training so far.

The activities are good. The gym is not a very noisy gym. At the time I come to workout, I am able to use whatever equipment I want. I see that there are opportunities to walk around the track and do additional activities.

Facility is very clean. The folks that work at the facility are very nice. The later hours are great for people that work later. It haven’t been too crowded. Folks that workout here seem laid back.
