They are fun and easy to get into. I don’t ever feel like I am being judged by the instructors or by the other students for the classes because I am overweight. Everybody just seems happy that we are trying to make our lives better.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

There are many classes and programs to choose from, including swimming lessons for the kids. The Tandy has a wide variety of exercise equipment, and plenty of machines for whatever a person needs to complete their workout.

I like the friendly atmosphere vibes of every group class, the instructor is very welcoming even when people don't have some specific skills . The different option we can choose for group classes designed for every body to be included, makes a big difference !

Julie, the cycle instructor on Monday's is great. I appreciate that she uses the mic and doesn't "yell". The class is manageable, pushes you but keeps it safe and fun.

Please dust the HVAC vents and above them. Especially in the cardio/weight areas.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I'm very glad to have the YMCA near our location my, it's very convenient for my family. And I like that being a member we have access to different facilities at any YMCA. But at the East location the workers are always so nice and helpful and they keep it safe and clean. I feel very comfortable to know my sons are in a safe environment. When I say they go everyday I'm not exaggerating, and it's right next to his High School. He didn't loves the basketball area and the my other son enjoys the workout area. I'm very thankful to have this YMCA in our area. Maybe they will get a swimming pool one day, that would be so awesome. But I know we can go to others, just prefer to stay closer by me. 😊

The facility is clean, the people are friendly and helpful, they have lots of different classes to choose from. I also absolutely love that they have water classes as I have bum knees and these don't hurt them.

What do you like about our programs and activities ?

I have gone to two different YMCA in Tulsa area before coming here. I had issues with the other two because they were not very clean specially in the shower areas the shower curtains ahead a lot of dark two black spots on them .

So I came here to Tandy about four months ago, trying to come four days out of the week. It’s always been clean floors, polished restrooms, and shower areas are always spotless. Everything about this facility stands out for superior to the other two wise, I’ve gone the staff is always courteous and helpful.
