Being a senior in my prime.. I love the classes offered for people like me.. even those offered for somewhat younger can be modified to accommodate me..
The instructors know how to keep it interesting and on keep you on your toes.. so to speak.. they make it fun.. and keep you wanting to come back.. you know they love what they do.. it comes out in every class.. the friendly atmosphere just makes you feel good in every way..

The exercise equipment and classes are top notch.very professional . The whole center is completely remodeled current and very clean.

EXCELLENT T PROGRAMS WITH SUPERB INSTRUCTORS.
Overall, we just really like the gym. it's clean and open and every member of the staff is welcoming. Parking is easy; access is easy.
