This week my daughter Samatha Miller and her husband to be Dylan Thompson closed on a beautiful home in Dayton Minnesota. Everything went spot on. They both were amazing!!! And to top it off their Mortgage Consultant Kathy Quandt also made it to the closing in Maple Grove. (she was there last week too)!!!

I had already moved to the cities so she tried her best to simplify some things and assist me in making as few trips back to Rochester as possible. When she had positive news to share she contacted me right away and was always positive and enthused. It rubbed off on me when I needed it to be so!!
