Jill was amazing! Incredibly professional with a complicated land transaction that she came in on late in the game (due to Taylor’s early maternity leave). She was friendly, personal and completely prepared. She even prepared a recap summary page/checklist with all the important things post-close the buyers should be aware of and on the look out for. So helpful and especially for these first time real estate owners.
The home buying process was seamless and stress-free. Communication was consistent and clear, and every step was explained in a way that was easy to understand. A great experience overall.
It was a long process but I am grateful for the whole team that helped me out! I also appreciated that they informed me about spam mail and calls that may come in and that they would answer any questions about things like this even after we closed.
