James Miller is a fantastic realtor, and the entire team did a great job helping my family with every step in the process as first-time buyers.
I think we set a new record with this one! We were representing the seller and went from a cancelled PA in the morning (buyer backed out the day we were supposed to close)...to a whole new transaction that still closed THE SAME DAY! As soon as I was able to get the new PA and transaction details to Taylor she jumped into action - completing the new set of closing documents and set up a mobile notary call for our seller to sign.
The new buyer agent was also an Edina agent - Tom Meilander...who was outstanding on his immediate and quick turn around enabling this to close on the same day!
