Tom Mork was highly recommended to me and I found him to be very easy to work with. He kept me informed on everything that came up, and every time I had any questions, he was available to talk day or evening. I don't think I ever had to leave a message, he always answered his phone.
He worked to get me the best price possible for the house, but was honest with me when it was obvious that some potential buyers were just hesitating too long and we needed to go ahead with the actual offer we had.
I am very satisfied with how it all turned out.

She has the propensity of a banker (numbers, details) yet as Mary and I get to know her (we closed on another home a couple of months ago) the personable side rises to the surface more and more.
The Edina Title office is calm which is helpful when dealing with a zillion things to sign and the exchange of large sums of $$$.

Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. I didn't feel like I didn't know what I was signing. They touched on the important documents and breezed over the not-so-important documents. This made the process move quickly. There were three people in the room to give us advice and answer and questions we may have had. They answered each question transparently and precisely. Overall, the closing experience was great!
