This file was a conservatorship, and we were still working to get the proper documentation. The buyers wanted to move up the closing and the seller needed the fund for medical care. Eric worked long hours and weekends to close this file as soon as possible and to get the funds to the seller in the most expeditious way possible.

I liked pretty much everything about the closing experience. We were pre-signing and still had copies of the documents in advance. Every document was explained before we signed. We were waiting on some amendments so those were explained as well and were sent the amendments when they were ready for our approval. We gave POA to the closing agent to sign once we approved. Everything was easy the the preparation of the paperwork was flawless
