Everything was organized. There was only one minor issue in the preparation for the closing that was unexpected by all, but we got through it with no delays and closed on time. The closing meeting was quick and smooth with an appropriate amount of explanations of the significance of some documents. I'd recommend the closing team for anyone looking for a quick, smooth process.
